SHIPMENT
The delivery period begins around 30 September and ends at the end of February to offer the best possible physiological conditions for our bare root packaged plants. Once the plants leave our nursery, they are transported at the customer’s risk who is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier in case of lose or damage.
Our parcels are shipped through the Post Office « COLISSIMO » guaranteeing delivery of fresh plants. Orders are processed as received, first come first served. If the customer requests a specific delivery date, we will do our best efforts to comply but can not be held responsible for any delay even if we send a confirmation since order processing depends on weather conditions and other causes not under our control.
Claims should be filed within 6 days after receipt of the parcel to be taken into account. After this period no claim will be accepted.

REFUNDING AND TAKING BACK GOODS
The plants we deliver are carefully selected, labeled and packed to insure an impeccable quality. Due to circumstances beyond our control regarding the care given to the plants at reception, the planting method as well as other factors, we cannot be held responsible for possible failures. Nevertheless if it is proved that we made a mistake we will without hesitation accept any substantiated claims made within the normal time limit. In this case our responsibility can not exceed the replacement of the goods. We consider this clause as a definite and full release of responsibility.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
No possible dispute regarding the authenticity of the varieties will be accepted after the first vegetation growth period that shows a mistake was made.
The authenticity guarantee of varieties is at the seller’s discretion whether to replace the article in the category and age supplied or to refund the price invoiced during order processing. No reimbursement of damages or indemnities will be done. Printing and illustration are not our business, we can not be held responsible for this.

In case f litigation, only the court of Valence is competent, even in an appeal for incidental claim guarantees.
